While we endeavor to ensure all statements regarding agricultural processes, castor farming, oil specifications, and value-chain development are accurate and current, content is subject to ongoing operational development and updates without prior notice.

3. Castor Oil Products, Specifications & Commercial Disclaimer

• Hexane-Free Castor Oil: We offer mechanically pressed, hexane-free castor oil (INCI: Castor (Ricinus Communis) Seed Oil), currently packaged in 20-litre container formats and commercial volumes.
• Specification Suitability: Castor oil is used across multiple manufacturing, industrial, and product development applications. All descriptions and typical parameters provided on the Website serve as general guidance. Prospective buyers, manufacturers, and formulators are solely responsible for testing and confirming the technical and chemical suitability of our products against their own formulation requirements, regulatory thresholds, and quality specifications before commercial utilization.
• Product Pricing and Availability: Prices displayed on our online shop are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude delivery charges unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to amend pricing, revise volume tiers, or adjust format availability at any time.

4. Orders, Payments and Fulfillment

• Offer and Acceptance: Placement of an order through our shop or by purchase order constitutes an offer. Contracts are only concluded once Harsom confirms product availability, payment receipt, and dispatch scheduling.
• Payment Processing: Transactions conducted through our store must be settled via authorized credit, debit, or bank transfer facilities. Goods remain the property of Harsom until full settlement has been cleared.
• Delivery and Risk: Delivery is arranged to the physical address supplied by the customer. Risk in and to the products transfers to the buyer upon handover to the courier or carrier.

5. Farmer Programme Expressions of Interest

• Non-Binding Submissions: Completing and submitting the online Farmer Programme application form (or sending your farm location via WhatsApp) constitutes an **Expression of Interest only**. It does not constitute a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or contract of supply.
• Independent Verification: Harsom reserves the right to evaluate land suitability, farm location, water access, and capacity before conducting discussions.
• Binding Purchase / Buyback Agreements: Any purchase commitments, harvest buyback terms, crop pricing, seed allocations, or technical requirements are strictly governed by a separate, formal, written Supplier Agreement executed directly between Harsom and the participating grower.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All copyright, trademarks, logos, brand names ("HARSOM CASTOR FARM"), graphics, photographs, textual content, layouts, and software on this Website belong exclusively to HARSOM CASTOR FARM (PTY) LTD or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, copied, republished, distributed, or modified without prior written authorization from our directors.

7. WhatsApp and Digital Communications

Harsom provides communication links (such as WhatsApp on +27 64 524 6265) for convenience. While we aim for prompt responses, communications transmitted over public messaging platforms remain subject to third-party network conditions. • Harsom, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, this Website.

• In respect of goods supplied, our maximum aggregate liability shall never exceed the replacement value of the specific order or invoice value paid by the customer.
